Before entering Africa our trip takes us  through a few countries in Europe (United Kingdom, France, Switzerland and Italy) where we
will ultimately find the ferry that leads

us away from civilization as we know it.

After leaving Europe behind, our journey takes us in a southerly direction through Tunisia before swinging eastwards into  Libya and

Egypt. From Egypt the route is pretty much south along the east coast through

Sudan, Ethiopia and Kenya. Once in Kenya we will start to travel in a westerly direction circling through Uganda, Rwanda with Tanzania completing circle.  We then enter Malawi and continue to work our way in a south westerly direction through Zambia, Botswana, Namibia. Once we hit the skeleton coast we will start our final push south into South Africa where our journey will end.

Throughout our travels we will updating the website as we move through the different countries. All our experiences and stories we have from each each country will be updated on the country specific pages.
